LEARN CARNATIC MUSIC

Indian Classical Music is a divine art form that is said to originate from the Devas, Devis(Gods, Goddesses) and the four Vedas. The primary emphasis of South Indian Music is Vocal since it allows a singer to convey the feelings of bhakti(devotion) while rendering a song. The Trinity of Carnatic Classical Music ( Saints Muttu Swamy Deekshitar, Tygaraja and Syama Sastri, shown in the picture above) contributed immensely to the history of music.

Classical Music is said to elevate the individual's sense of spirituality and it is proven to have a therapeutic effect on one’s emotional well being. Music has no barriers and it transcends across languages and cultures. If you have the interest, it is never too late to start learning music.
